As we see around the world the effects of COVID-19, many of us are asked to stay inside in order to create distance and slow down the spread of the virus. At the same time, we find ourselves, as we wait this out, unsure of what to do with our time. Days may be blending in together, you may have watched eight hours of television, and you are finding yourself fatigued with symptoms of anxiety and depression increasing.

It is important now to create a structure for yourself in order stay healthy mentally and physically. Below is a daily schedule to help you design your days:
